Doorbell is a simple contact list manager
and sales tool that puts you
in touch with what matters so you can focus on winning new business.
Seamless navigation
You can launch Doorbell by hovering your mouse over Applications and selecting
either your Personal Doorbell or one of the company Doorbell accounts that you have
access to. The main Doorbell navigation will appear at the top of your screen below
parent Smibs navigational bar. From here you can quickly move between your Contacts,
Tasks, Opportunities and Groups.
Manage your companies
You can manage your current companies by hovering your mouse over
the My Companies icon and selecting
the company you wish to work with. Learn more by checking out
the ‘Your Company on Smibs’ tour.
One click to start adding notes and tags
What’s up? This area gives you access to all the important
information about a person or company. To add a note or task
to a contact’s profile simply click into the white field and
start typing. The ‘Upcoming tasks & events’ section displays items
related to a contact that need immediate attention. Never miss a follow-up again!
Company Name
The label on the far right of the main navigation bar indicates
which company’s Doorbell you are currently surfing. In case you
own or work with multiple companies you can switch between each
company’s Doorbell via the ‘Applications’ menu in the Smibs bar
above. Every company’s data set is stored separately and securely.
